Managed the acquisition and development process for the development of multiple commercial land parcels with a construction value of >$45M.

Assisted in the expansion from 3 to 5 regional markets and created consistent management and regional reporting dashboards for Senior Management.

Under client management, a project was started and only 10% completed after 5 months.  Under GFP, Inc management, the project was resumed and completed in 4 months.

Led the P&S accounting due diligence for the sale of a $500M hotel on behalf of hotel owner.

Implemented a third-party electronic payment system, leading a cross-functional team and exceeding the vendors’ product goals.

Implemented the accounting process on behalf of a national pension fund client for the closing of a 135-unit residential condominium development with >$15M in profits.

Researched, selected and implemented a payroll system for a small startup client. Also assisted with company setup filings (state and federal).

Worked with Senior Management and department leaders to overhaul management reports, reducing reports by up to 60%, creating a more efficient format.

Reduced accounts receivables in excess of 50% by focusing on the timely resolution of issues and implementation of best practices.
